By submitting this form, you irrevocably agree to these terms, and you represent and warrant that you have all authority necessary to bind yourself (and, if you are employed by or otherwise represent any corporation or other legal entity that wishes to obtain this credit, that entity) to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not submit this form.

If your form is accepted and a credit granted, the credit is valid for IonQ Cloud Platform products and is subject to (and conditioned on) your acceptance of the applicable IonQ Cloud Access Agreement and any other applicable terms of service. By submitting this form you acknowledge and agree that you have read the Cloud Access Agreement and agree to be bound by the same. Further, you agree that IonQ may share the information that you submit with IonQ’s cloud partners, for the purpose of your participation in the Research Credit Program.

The credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, transferred or bartered. Credit awards are only valid for educational and non-commercial uses. Credit awards must be activated within 60 days of the project start date indicated in the application form. Credit awards expire 365 days from the activation date, or when the credit amount has been fully used, whichever comes first. The credit may be issued in increments (e.g., you may use the credit over the period of time during which the credit is valid). The credits do not have commercial value. Use of the credits in violation of these terms or for commercial purposes in any manner shall void the credit and you will be required to pay for any credits used in violation of these terms.

This offer is void where prohibited by law. If you are faculty at an educational institution, You represent that you are accepting the promotional credit on behalf of your educational institution and the credit can only be used on behalf of the educational entity in connection with the project described in this application form and not for your personal use. If you are a PhD student at your educational institution, you represent that the credit will only be used in connection with the project described in this application form and in your capacity as a PhD student at your educational institution. Credit cannot be used for your personal use.

You further represent and warrant that: (i) You are authorized to accept this credit; (ii) the credit is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, including relevant ethics rules and laws; and (iii) the provision of credits will not negatively impact IonQ's current or future ability to do business with such educational entity.
