Quantum Takes off

In August, IonQ delivered its first overseas ion trap to the team at QuantumBasel in Switzerland, marking an incredible milestone in the global manufacturing, scaling, and commercialization of quantum computers. The process of transporting an ion trap overseas via commercial transportation channels was a feat of engineering on its own, yet demonstrates the hardiness and utility of IonQ’s hardware.
